Request data deletion
To clear your saved family profile, events, and chat history from Pepper's active database, send /forget as a separate message from your WhatsApp account. Pepper will confirm after deletion succeeds. This does not remove the conversation from your WhatsApp app. Message identifiers without text or sender numbers remain to prevent duplicate deliveries. You can also request help by email.
Email hello@trainerx.ai with the subject “Pepper data deletion request” and the WhatsApp number you used to contact Pepper. Do not include unnecessary sensitive details.
We will confirm that the request comes from the relevant account, explain what we can action, and respond within the time required by applicable law. Some information held by service providers may be governed by their own retention rules.
